We specialise in a range of services including boiler servicing, boilers and heating repairs, boiler installation, heating upgrades, smart controls and landlord gas safety inspections. Our engineers are also qualified to carry out the same services for gas fires, back boilers, lpg, warm air units, gas cookers and hobs and also emergency plumbing works.
We are Gas Safe registered, which is a legal requirement for any engineer carrying out work on a natural gas boiler. Our advice to you is to ensure that an engineer is Gas Safe registered before they carry out installation, repair or servicing work. We will be more than happy to provide you with our Gas Safe ID card upon request, please don't be afraid to ask alternatively you can check out our credentials using our gas safe number, 560791, on the Gas Safe website.
We pride ourselves on having a very experienced and qualified team of engineers amongst the best in the industry. Steven Cahalane, the Director ,served his apprenticeship at British Gas where he worked for 16 years. Our engineers receive regular, up to date training directly from some of the UK's leading boiler brands, namely Vaillant, Worcester and Ideal and Baxi. We are well experienced to deal with any brand of boiler.

If the job is going to take longer than 60 minutes or requires parts we discuss and quote before undertaking further work so you can be rest assured you know exactly what you're paying for and won't be overcharged. Our vehicles are also tracked which allows our customers and our office the ability to track our engineers progress with expected arrival times. Customers also receive alerts of job confirmation and appointment reminders plus you’re receive an alert when the engineer is 10 minutes from arriving at your property. This type of technology is normally only offered by national companies and not local family small business but we believe in investing in technology to give our customers the best experiences.
